Peace In Life. Peace is the really heavy words nowadays. I am 100% relaxed at this very moment.

How do we get peace in our life? People will not change themselves because the first way which leads to positivity by changing you. If we look at our life as a series of experiences, we will appreciate the importance of our thoughts and emotions as we go from one day to another.

Sometimes i think with having a practice of mindfulness, or meditation, whatever name you want to call it, the hardest thing is just making time. Nothing can disrupt my peace. Rooms are nothing but tiny halls with no good facility, something better than a cave yet sufficient for survival. I feel light and calm.
